I developed an impactful social media strategy that involved creating and curating top-quality content for a range of platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. In response to the pandemic's early impact, I also orchestrated a successful campaign that involved donating hundreds of units of their wash and lotion to nominated First Responders, generating significant goodwill and acquiring new customers in the process.
Beyond social media, I managed their Shopify site by ensuring that it was up-to-date and easy to navigate. Additionally, I revamped their email drip campaigns and launched a weekly email newsletter, both of which drove increased traffic to their site and helped boost sales.
