Kiss Kiss Goodnight is a mom-founded and minority-owned baby skincare brand that helps parents and caretakers create meaningful nighttime rituals with their little ones using innovative, microbiome-friendly products.
I helped Kiss Kiss Goodnight develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy, overseeing content creation and curation across multiple platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. In addition, I leveraged my writing skills to craft compelling marketing materials, including long-form blog posts, website copy, and product flyers. Through collaborative efforts, we successfully launched various products, such as the Rainbow Prebiotic Jellies and Little Star Body Oil.
One of my significant contributions was rewriting their email drip campaigns, including the welcome series and post-purchase emails, and establishing consistent weekly email newsletters. As a result, we doubled open rates and generated a significant increase in sales. Additionally, I helped set up their Amazon store, creating all the necessary graphics and visuals for a seamless customer experience.
